At the heart of our community since 1871, Clifton Village Hall blends historic charm with modern flexibility.
Once the village school, the hall has been thoughtfully transformed into a welcoming space where people come together - to celebrate, to learn, to connect.
From lively children’s parties and wedding receptions to fitness classes, club meetings, community groups and special events, our Main Hall and separate Meeting Room provide adaptable spaces for gatherings of all sizes. Whatever the occasion, you’ll find a warm and friendly, well-equipped venue easily accessible from the M1, M42 and other major roads.

For over 60 years, Clifton Village Hall has provided high-quality meeting space for a wide range of community groups and activities. Bequeathed in 1962 to a Charitable Trust, the Hall is run for the benefit of the local community on a not-for-profit basis, with all surplus funds reinvested. All Trustees are volunteers.
In 2024, the Hall was significantly expanded to include a new meeting room, larger kitchen, additional storage and a welcoming new entrance.
To fund the project, the Trustees invested long-held reserves and provided personal loans to the Trust rather than taking out a bank loan. As we work to rebuild reserves and repay these loans, we are launching a programme of fundraising initiatives.
We are inviting individuals, families, businesses and user groups to become Sponsors of the Hall’s new extension. Sponsors will be recognised on a permanent Donations Wall within the Hall. The Wall will also acknowledge one-off donations and legacies, creating a lasting record of support for the community.
... please download and complete the Sponsorship Form which gives full details of the sponsorship categories available.
